February is coming to an end, the children are returning to the state schools and so ACT's winter classes have come to an end. We have a chance to look back over what has happened over the winter months.

Mushtak's afternoon class for the high school finished on Friday. Most of the students in this class came from Dalian's and Tianjin's Maple Leaf schools. These are special schools for students who are intending to travel abroad to study. The students greatly appreciated the classes.

Derek's morning class for middle school students also came to a close on Friday. This class contained a mix of students from local Anshan schools as well as students form Dalian Maple Leaf school. There classes contained a mix of discussions, slide shows, videos and other activities. Students had the opportunity to make some English style foods including cakes, cookies and drop scones.

We wish all our students well in the new term and hope to see them again during the summer holidays.
